I’ve been following mizuno, a Japanese catcher head company that makes a variety of catchers for every occasion. I love the way that they use a variety of materials and techniques for each of their heads. I’ve had the opportunity to explore some of their heads from their new website. I’ll be talking about this the following week.

They have their own line of catchers called “Mizuno catchers”, which are a little different. Here’s the thing though. The Mizuno catchers are very expensive, which is probably why there aren’t as many of these in the field as a human would need. It’s also possible that this is simply a cost-cutting measure for the MLB and NHL teams.

I’m not sure what Mizuno catchers are really worth, but I would say the point is that they are excellent, and they are expensive.

But a Mizuno knife comes with a larger number of attachments than any other basic knife.
